Baseball and Roses

Is this happening to you?  May is flying by?!?!  I don't know where the time is going.  The weather keeps playing games, getting hot then back to cold.  Not ready to relinquish winter and not yet giving in to the encroaching summer.  I think that has confused the feeling as to what date it is. At least, that's my story and I'm sticking to it!  LOL  We were still having frozen mornings up through this past weekend.  I think the frost warnings have past and it is safe to plant the vegetable gardens now.

Baseball is in full swing. That has us running.  Practice and games!  I've created a few pendants to help celebrate the season.  They are available in my Etsy shop just click here to visit or use the link in the menu above.

I also am making custom pendants from photos.  These are great as gifts, or to wear yourself.  Encourage your athletic son, daughter, grandchild, share your pet, or your prized flowers from your garden.  These can also be ordered through my shop.
Now for the roses....  remember the glass flower technique that I shared with you?  You can find it at this post.  I used that technique to create flowers to decorate a gift box for Mother's Day.  I wrapped the lid in a coordinating rose patterned paper from K&Company.  So now my mom can have these ever blooming roses year round!

Off to get that vegetable garden planted before June sneaks up on me!

  1. Wow, these pendants are great. My son got all excited when he saw them. I love your roses. TFS.

  2. Cathy, I love my hummingbird pendant! The baseball pendants are awesome. I think that they would be great as key chains also.
Love how you used the "glass roses" on your mom's gift box.

  3. cathy -- i seriously LOVE these!!

  4. I just saw some of your LOs on Ideas for Scrapbookers and had to come check out your blog! Great work!
