Today I have this amazing creation to share with you. It's a never ending card! Seriously!! It is so cool. This is the front, you open the two side parts to find......
....this beautiful card! Then the upper and lower (blue) squares fold back to reveal this.....
Isn't this darling? You could write a nice sentiment or note here. But it hasn't ended yet. The two sides fold back and then you have......
...yet another wonderful greeting of gratitude! But you're not done yet!!! The top and bottom fold back to reveal the very first portion of the card. Isn't that cool?? What a great way to let someone know how very grateful you are to have them in your life.
Creating it is simpler than it seems. The finished card measures 5"x5". You start by cutting 4 pieces of cardstock that are 5"x2.5". Score each of of the 4 pieces 1" from the edge of the short sides.
Lay 2 of the pieces down with the length horizontal as pictured below.
Apply adhesive to the corners. Be certain that the adhesive does not cross the score line and only goes about half way down the short end. In the image below the black squares are where you apply the adhesive.
You now have the base for your never-ending card. You can decorate and embellish it as you please!
For my card, I used a digital kit called Thankful by Elise's Pieces, Owl Fall for You by Paper Garden Projects, and brown Bazzill cardstock. I made this card for the current Card Caravan Challenge at The Hybrid Chick. The theme is Thankful. Why don't you join in?
